Allegany College of Maryland has a comprehensive Code of Student Conduct that is designed not only to preserve a safe living and learning environment but also to guarantee due process to students accused of misconduct on or off-campus. All disciplinary matters are handled in Student and Legal Affairs. Students are expected to be familiar with the Code prior to or soon after registering for classes.
